The clear cordless desk with its dual LC Flat Screen Displays, the highly stable electron optics column and the precision engineered chamber and stage are the basis of a series of instruments that can be supplied fully fitted now or field up graded in the future.

These microscopes include many automated features and are controlled by the unique CamScan Helios Software. It is normally operated through the elegant CamScan Uni-Key fast mouse function. This can be complimented with the optional Delta Pad manual control unit.

MX2600
Whereas the CS3000 range operates under a Microsoft™ Windows PC platform the MX2600 is hosted by the latest Sun UNIX Workstation.
In all other respects the instruments are very similar.

The MX2600 replaces the MX2500 though many of the features remain unchanged.
